Jules spent many years pounding the pavement running 5K’s, 10K’s, the Chicago Marathon, the La Jolla Half Marathon, and many fun runs along the way! She started practicing Yoga in 2003, and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2011, and Yoga Sculpt teacher training in 2012 at CorePower Yoga in San Diego. An avid fan of all-things-workout, she began teaching group fitness classes at GFit in 2012.
Jules enjoys teaching everyBODY. She will always find a way to make a yoga practice, a circuit class, or a TRX session accessible and fun, no matter what level her students are. She enjoys sharing her love of movement through creative sequencing/planning, fun music, and reminding students and clients to have a sense of humor and enjoy themselves!
In her “spare” time, Jules enjoys hiking, surfing, boogie boarding, traveling, and most importantly sharing these experiences with her husband, Rob, and her dogter, Cuca. Jules continuously looks for opportunities to improve her teaching, and to share tools, tips and tricks with her students.
