To kick-start the challenge we will be hosting a Nutrition Information Session, led by our Registered Dietitian, Coach Shelby. We will be providing customized Macronutrient (carbs, fat, protein) breakdowns for all participants based on your goals WITH 100+ recipes to choose from. At the info session, Shelby will teach you the in’s and out’s of Macros, the exchange system, and recommended serving sizes of the food groups. We will be providing weekly nutrition check-in’s via email, a private challenge Facebook group, and the option to purchase discounted private sessions with our Dietitian. We are here to support you. Whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, take control of your health, have accountability, be a part of an amazing, supportive community, we are here for YOU. You are capable of so much, which is why we want to teach you how to fuel your body and support you along the way.
