F.I.T. (FUNCTIONAL INTERVAL TRAINING)
These group sessions are carefully designed to burn calories, keep your heart rate high, build lean body mass, burn fat, boost your metabolism, increase your energy and GET RESULTS!
EVERY WORKOUT IS DIFFERENT
No two F.I.T. sessions are ever the same! Our trainers are creative, dynamic, challenging and supportive! We keep our workouts fresh and fun so that you are NOT stuck repeating the same style of workout over and over. Everyday we focus on a different body part, so there is never over-using the same muscles.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at GFIT South Park attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
This class is killer! You will work muscles you never thought you had! Our BARRE class is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance and strength training. This class also focuses on high repetitions of small range movements.
If you feel safer outside training, this is the class for you! Meet at GFIT and follow the trainer in charge for a neighborhood workout! Dependent on the fitness focus of the day, your trainer will take you around South Park for some outdoor fitness fun! This class will be primarily a body weight based workout, inclusive of tibatta training, running, ab work, hill workouts and park circuits, all while social distancing. 8-10 clients max and signups are a must!
