T.B.C. (TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING)

 

If you want a total body, booty kicking class, this is for you!  TBC classes consist of weight training, kettlebell training, plyometrics, running, body weight training and core strengthening!  If you’re looking to lose weight, get fit, sweat, work hard and strengthen your WHOLE body, this class is for you!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

These classes aim to improve strength, better balance, flexibility and agility. These classes promote progressive resistance where your training load is increased as your muscles become stronger.
Expect to use barbells, squat racks, plates, ropes, TRX, dumbbells and kettlebells.  Lift some weight while being trained to do it properly and safely!

Our signature barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time.

Strength and Mobility

Increasing mobility and strengthening your body will have positive impacts on everyday life, from setting new PR’s in the gym, to squatting down to play with your kids, to sitting comfortably during a Zoom meeting.  Training both strength and mobility will rehabilitate the range of motion within your joints while you’re working out, so you finish feeling rejuvenated and more connected to your body.  This class will help you recover faster with pre and post exercise mobilization, while learning how to prevent injury, reduce pain and restore your range of motion.

Mobility work within our bodies is KEY to obtaining more strength from our everyday workouts. You can’t get stronger if your body lacks mobility in functional exercises such as squats, lunges and pushups. Being consistent with mobility work, means less injuries!
This class combines movement and breath work into mobility flows that focus on opening the hips, shoulders and spine. Come and get your stretch on and become stronger in your workouts, as you let your daily aches and pains go.
