F.I.T. (FUNCTIONAL INTERVAL TRAINING)
These group sessions are carefully designed to burn calories, keep your heart rate high, build lean body mass, burn fat, boost your metabolism, increase your energy and GET RESULTS!
EVERY WORKOUT IS DIFFERENT
No two F.I.T. sessions are ever the same! Our trainers are creative, dynamic, challenging and supportive! We keep our workouts fresh and fun so that you are NOT stuck repeating the same style of workout over and over. Everyday we focus on a different body part, so there is never over-using the same muscles.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at GFIT South Park attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
This class is killer! You will work muscles you never thought you had! Our BARRE class is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance and strength training. This class also focuses on high repetitions of small range movements.
This class is high intensity Kettlebell training AND traditional dumbbell work. This class incorporates a variety of KB movements, which include: Cleans, snatches, swings, windmills, Turkish get-ups and push presses. Come and try something different!
This class infuses TRX (suspension training) that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability, simultaneously. The TRX suspension is a tool that leverages gravity and the clients’ bodyweight to complete the exercise. Implementation of dumbbell work is throughout.
This class is a sweaty, kick-your-butt, high rep, lightweight, core building, and total body toning type of class! This class is designed to challenge your endurance and overall body and fitness level. Constant movement to loud, motivating music to get you through it! It’s called Bootcamp for a reason!
